What You’ll Do
-
Ensures credit card payments balance the reservations received.
-
Responsible for assisting in training the Office and Pro Shop staff.

Responsible for checking inventory levels and ordering supplies as approved.

Assists with scoring tournaments using the Ontario Golf Association (O.G.A) computer and assist the O.G.A. members with computer if necessary.

Responsible for organizing different teams and start times.

Receives tickets for green fees and assigns golf carts, rental clubs and pull carts to players.

Ensures all credit card charges for the club rentals are completed, issued and turned in.

Ensures all golf clubs are cleaned and in the right compartments.

Maintains radio communication with the Ranger to ensure the operations are running smoothly, i.e. playing time.

Delivers supplies to the Halfway House and assists with unloading, if required.

Communicates with the Pro Shop/Reservations regarding starting sheet changes, booking, walk-on’s.

Assist the janitors with picking up garbage and having the spike cleaners cleaned.
What You’ll Bring

Completion of a Secondary School Diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Strong communication skills and knowledge of golf operations.

Four weeks of on-the-job training required as applicable.
