Our Family Law Department is currently looking for a full-time temporary (until October 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension) law clerk or legal assistant who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a law clerk or legal assistant, in the area of Family Law
· Experience drafting various documents for all stages relating to Family Law matters
· Knowledge of DivorceMate
Skills:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage priorities to ensure all deadlines are met
· Ability to multi-task, complete work with great accuracy, work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, take initiative when required, and be efficient with time management
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, lawyers, and other professionals
What We Offer:
· Competitive salary. Salary ranges from $51,500 to $60,000 depending on qualifications
