Overview
Fortis Property Solutions is seeking an experienced and reliable Drywaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels
- Tape, mud, and finish drywall surfaces
- Repair damaged drywall and match existing finishes
- Sand and prepare surfaces for painting
- Read and interpret work orders and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Previous drywall experience required
- Knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Prior experience working on construction sites or renovation projects is preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
