We are presently looking for a student to assist in our Print/Mail and Bookstore departments on a part-time basis for May-August. This person must be attending high school or post-secondary in the fall.

Key Responsibilities

Duties for this position will include but are not limited to:

Assist with printing needs in print shop
Use of printing equipment to fulfill print requisitions
Ability to prioritize print requests
Assist with warehouse/recycling/shredding
Assist with mail/courier, sorting & processing mail/packages
Pickup & delivery of mail/packages
Provide adequate coverage to the bookstore
Assist with day-to-day operation of the bookstore when necessary

Job Requirements

An ability to work with minimal supervision
Potential for travel between campuses to assist in busy times
Training will be provided

Additional Information

This is a AUPE Student appointment on the Vermilion campus commencing May 1, 2026 and ending August 14, 2026.

Wage: $15.00 per hour plus 11.2% for vacation/stat holiday pay.
