Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Cosmetic Nurse Injector role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Cosmetic Nurse Injector will perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, skin-boosting treatments, and related aesthetic services in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough consultations, assessing facial anatomy, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating clients on risks, benefits, and aftercare. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to infection control and safety practices, and supporting a high level of client satisfaction and retention. The Cosmetic Nurse Injector will collaborate with the clinic team on treatment planning, contribute to before-and-after photography, and participate in training sessions, product updates, and clinic events as needed.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license (RPN/RN/NP) in good standing with the relevant Ontario regulatory body, with eligibility to practice with no restrictions.
- Formal training and hands-on experience in cosmetic injections (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments), with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, sterile technique, infection control, and adherence to clinical protocols, guidelines, and local regulations.
- Strong client consultation and communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures, manage expectations, and provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a professional, empathetic, and inclusive approach to care.
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced clinical and retail environment, including managing schedules, follow-ups, and basic documentation or EMR systems.
- Interest in continuous professional development, staying current on aesthetic trends, techniques, and products, and participating in ongoing training.
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery settings is an asset, as is experience with skin treatments, lasers, or complementary cosmetic procedures.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
