What You’ll Do: As an Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy. You will dive deep into Air Wise’s policies and procedures, leveraging your knowledge to estimate opportunities and expand our market presence. Your role will be dynamic, allowing you to work both independently and collaboratively with a talented team of engineers and applications sales representatives.

Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Prepare technical and pricing proposals in timely manner
- Communicate with the sales team to understand the customer’s needs and provide them with optimal solutions that best fit their applications
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and tactics.
- Coordinate shop drawings submission with AWSI’s engineering team
- Leverage new and existing technologies to promote AWSI’s growth and competitive edge
- Work closely with team to communicate opportunity pipeline and plan for production demand
- Promote teamwork and good company morale, mentor and knowledge share with teammates
- Conduct yourself with the highest ethical standards
Qualifications & Education:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience with creating drawings in AutoCAD required
- Knowledge of design and manufacturing of custom air handling units
- Knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and HVAC systems, gas & cooling
- Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with little supervision
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
