We are seeking an experienced, licensed Residential Leasing Specialist to conduct showings, place qualified tenants, and support leasing operations throughout Greater Vancouver. This contract position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants throughout Greater Vancouver.
- Respond to rental inquiries and qualify prospective tenants.
- Manage the tenant application and screening process in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Draft and execute tenancy agreements and related leasing documentation.
- Complete move-in inspections and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
- Keep property owners informed of market activity, feedback, and leasing progress.
- Maintain organized records and submit paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure a seamless transition from leasing to ongoing management.
Qualifications
- Active BCFSA property management licence in good standing (required).
- Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Vancouver rental market.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation
Compensation is based on completed leasing transactions and will be discussed with the hiring manager.
