Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Auto Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and restoring vehicles to a high standard of quality. Duties
- Clean and wash vehicles inside and out using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas to ensure a spotless interior
- Polish and wax vehicle exteriors to enhance appearance and protect paintwork
- Remove dirt, stains, and debris from upholstery and carpets
- Apply protective coatings or treatments as needed
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to management or customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized and in good condition
Experience
- Prior experience in auto detailing or related automotive service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures related to vehicle detailing is a plus
Qualifications
- Previous auto detailing experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of detailing chemicals, tools, and techniques is an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver's license (G or G2) preferred.
- Ability to drive automatic and manual commercial vehicles is required
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Compensation (Toronto Market)
- Entry-Level: CAD $18–$22 per hour
- Experienced Detailer: CAD $22–$30+ per hour
- Some employers offer bonuses, tips, commissions, or benefits.
Preferred Skills
- Paint correction and machine polishing.
- Ceramic coating application.
- Headlight restoration.
- Window tint or paint protection film (PPF) experience.
- Fleet and commercial vehicle detailing.

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
