Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions, discuss goals, and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Deliver specialized services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to meet diverse client needs.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning equipment and treatment areas before and after each client session.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing their questions confidently, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to support their ongoing wellness journey.
- Engage in retail sales through upselling techniques that align with client needs while fostering trust and satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments, products, and aftercare instructions.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a clean treatment environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and guest services is highly desirable.
- Additional skills in hair styling, makeup application, hospitality, or front desk operations are considered a plus but are not required.
