We are hiring a Product Manager with strong UX/UI design capabilities—someone who can think strategically and produce elegant, intuitive designs in Figma.You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end: Discovery Design Requirements Roadmap ExecutionYou will design core workflows, guide engineering with clarity, and help shape our design system. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma)

Refine and prioritize backlog items

Collect and interpret feedback from CS, sales, and users

Deliver clean designs that accelerate engineering execution

Own and update the product roadmap

Lead weekly sprint & roadmap reviews with engineering

Partner with CS on enterprise account needs and workflow gaps

Partner with Sales on demo friction and usability issues

Publish brief internal product updates

Run internal demos of UX improvements

Remove engineering blockers

Conduct usability sessions and customer interviews

Translate insights into structured product proposals

Deliver monthly roadmap updates to leadership

REQUIREMENTSMust-Haves

3–7 years in Product Management or Product Design (SaaS)

Strong capability in Figma (flows, components, prototypes)
