Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to support our finance managers at a high volume Powersports dealership. We need someone who can hold a conversation and make a good first impression with fresh leads. The goal is to have someone who can take a fresh lead and find out exactly what the customers wants vs. need are, what kind of machine they want and, if possible, get a credit app so the finance managers can continue with the sale.
We will also require someone who can take good photos of machines for advertising/marketing and create product write-up's (Which we will help with at first).
Sales/finance experience not required. We're only looking for someone who can hold a conversation, ask the right questions, and be able to learn on the fly. It's not a complicated job, but this is a job that, with the right motivation and ability to learn, can lead to $250k+ annually.
Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
