Position Overview: Spa Booking and Sales Advisor (Maternity Leave Contract) Includes weekend and evening work.
We are seeking a warm, organized, and sales-driven individual to join our Reservations team on a full-time maternity leave contract, ending in March 2027. This is a guest-facing role where your voice and care are often the first touchpoint in our guests’ journey.

Key Responsibilities Spa Booking
- Book spa requests via phone, email, or internal systems
- Build thoughtful, well-balanced itineraries aligned with internal standards
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding confirmations, special requests, and changes
- Upsell and cross-sell spa treatments, wellness classes, and other experiences
- Ensure accurate guest profiles and booking data
- Support overflow and administrative tasks when needed
Sales Advisor
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Complete outbound follow-up calls to maximize bookings
- Apply rate and occupancy guidelines using yield management practices
- Identify high-potential guests and market opportunities
- Support business development initiatives and group bookings
- Upsell room categories, night extensions, and premium amenities
Service Excellence
- Deliver top-tier, empathetic service to every guest
- Participate in ongoing training for spa services, rooms, and booking techniques
- Mentor and support new team members as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Contribute to a respectful, uplifting team culture
Internal & External Communication
- Respond to voicemails within 1 hour and emails within the same business day
- Capture full guest details including contact info, deposits, and wellness selections
- Communicate group booking requirements and special requests in a timely and organized manner
- Adapt quickly to new tasks or changes in priorities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales or customer service (spa, wellness, or hospitality experience is an asset)
- Confident, clear communicator with excellent phone skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to adapt to booking systems and work in a dynamic environment
- Calm, empathetic, and guest-focused under pressure
- Available to work the full term of the contract (until March 2027)
