Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Assistant Site Supervisor to support our Site Supervisors in delivering exceptional renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who brings a strong work ethic, a teachable mindset, and a passion for teamwork.
You don’t need to know everything—we can teach the technical side. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and commitment to quality and safety.
This position offers a clear pathway for growth into a Lead Site Supervisor or Carpentry Apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Project Support
· Assist with daily on-site activities to keep projects running smoothly
· Support task coordination and monitor trade performance
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Safety & Compliance
· Support enforcement of company and regulatory safety standards
· Assist with hazard assessments and safety inspections
· Ensure proper PPE usage and report any incidents or concerns
Materials & Equipment Management
· Move, stage, and organize materials as required
· Ensure tools and equipment are available, maintained, and stored properly
Communication & Coordination
· Act as a liaison between Site Supervisors, trades, subcontractors, and clients
· Communicate progress updates, site issues, and quality concerns
· Collaborate with multiple site supervisors as required
Reporting & Documentation
· Complete daily site reports and progress updates
· Document work using photos and written notes
· Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, inspections, and report issues
Quality Control
· Ensure work meets Pinnacle’s quality standards and design specifications
· Identify and flag deficiencies early to protect project integrity
Qualifications
Experience & Education
· Minimum 1 year of construction experience (required)
· Understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations
· Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
Skills & Attributes
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
· Comfortable using technology for reporting, timekeeping, and documentation
· Coachable, teachable, and eager to learn
· Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
