Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. This role provides opportunities for clinical growth, advanced training, and professional development through structured orientation and mentorship programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge care
QualificationsRequired
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
