Bloom Bakery & Cafe is excited to announce that we will be opening our doors in the coming weeks. As a new 24/7 cafe and bakery concept, we are creating a warm, welcoming space where customers can enjoy fresh pastries, quality coffee, desserts, and food any time of the day or night.
We are currently looking for passionate, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team. We are especially interested in candidates who have previous experience in the cafe, bakery, or hospitality industry and who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Customer Greeting: Welcome every customer warmly, answer menu questions, and assist with orders or special requests.
- Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, attentive service to ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee and beverages according to Breka’s recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Food & Pastry Service: Package and serve pastries carefully to maintain freshness and presentation, while heating and serving food items following store procedures.
- Display Restocking: Restock and organize showcases to keep displays clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Supply Organization: Receive deliveries and organize inventory and supplies in the appropriate storage areas.
- Order Processing & POS: Process in-store and online orders accurately, handle payments, and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized environment, including customer seating areas, workstations, washrooms, dishwashing, garbage removal, and other general cleaning duties as required.
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
