Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Traffic Control Persons. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This position requires the individual to travel across the province of NB and NS for various projects. These stays are paid by the company along with all expenses.
Responsibilities
- Actively directing traffic safely on a work site
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience as a traffic control person is an asset
- Familiarity with WATCM is a must
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina and the capability to work long hours
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
