AWG Northern Industries is the administrative division for All-West Glass, a leading retail glass company serving communities across Northwestern Canada. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time in Smithers, BC.
This position plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail glass business. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service through daily interactions with customers in person, by phone, and electronically
- Assisting All-West Glass branches with administrative and operational tasks as required
- Coordinating and fulfilling supply orders for retail locations
- Serving as a communication link between administrative staff and retail branches to ensure information is shared accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Preparing and processing bank deposits
- Supporting administrative and office operations as required
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency with computers and common office software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A valid driver's licence
- Accounting knowledge or experience is considered an asset
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
