Jenesis Medical Aesthetics is growing, and we're looking for our next aesthetician to join our team.
This is for someone who treats their work like the craft it is — someone who builds real relationships with clients, delivers results that bring people back, and takes pride in the details. If you love what you do and you want to grow alongside a brand that's expanding fast, keep reading.
What you'd be doing:
- Russian manicure/pedicure/nail services
- Japanese Head Spa treatments
- Custom facials tailored to each client's skin
- Recommending and selling medical-grade skincare
- Building client retention through smart rebooking, home-care guidance, and genuine relationship-building
You're a great fit if you:
- Are a certified aesthetician with hands-on experience
- Know your way around Russian nail technique (or are certified and confident in it)
- Understand that great skin results come from a *plan*, not a one-off appointment
- Love the retail/results side — you see skincare sales as helping clients win, not pushing product
- Are professional, reliable, and easy to have in a shared space
- Take pride in cleanliness, sanitation, and a beautifully kept treatment room
Assets (not required, but preferred):
- Laser certification
- Experience with peels or other medical aesthetic services
