Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension or steering issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or safety concerns.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and advancements in the industry.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and explain complex technical information in a clear manner.
