Summary: TRP Ontario is currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor is responsible for ensuring accurate process of all parts purchases, meet performance objectives and follow policies and procedures as well as handle some shipping and receiving duties.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Restocking shelves
- Receiving orders
- Purchase orders
- Inventory maintenance
- Maintaining good relationships with customers and co-workers
Qualifications and Skills
- Working knowledge of heavy duty equipment and their parts or willingness to learn
- Technical knowledge of mechanics/parts or willingness to learn
- Parts department experience is an asset
- Previous retail experience
- Must be a team player with exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage stress well
- Experience with computers and applications
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver Abstract
- Shipping and receiving experience
- High school diploma
