We are looking for a Store Manager at our Lansdowne Place, Peterborough Retail Salon!
What You’ll Do
-
Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience

Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
-
Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning
-
Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards
-
Build strong relationships with customer, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences
-
Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement
-
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
-
Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team

What You Bring-
Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience

Proven success leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing operations

Strong background in inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting
-
Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
-
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
-
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
-
Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented leadership style
-
Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
-
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends

Salon experience is considered an asset
