Job Summary
Fundy Tactical is a specialty retailer catering to the Military and the First Responder community. We are seeking an ambitious Retail Sales Associate/ Warehouse assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting with warehouse duties, and providing support to the Agency Sales Manager when needed. Competitive wage is offered based on experience.
*Retail Duties*
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in finding appropriate merchandise
*Warehouse Duties*
- Aid in shipping and receiving stock and customer orders
- Help maintain a tidy, organized stockroom
- Assist the Agency Sales Manager where needed
*Requirements*
- Experience in retail sales and/or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of the First Responder community is an asset
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills are considered an asset
- Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 25 LBS and be comfortable using a ladder
