Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations that confidently convert into treatment plans
- Deliver advanced treatments such as laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, microneedling, and skin mapping
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Recommend packages, memberships, and skincare products to maximize client results and revenue
- Build strong, long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Maintain accurate client records and manage bookings through our CRM system
Who You Are
- Certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics with proven sales performance
- Confident closer who thrives in a target-driven environment
- Skilled at upselling, objection handling, and building trust with clients
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Able to travel between clinic locations across the Greater Toronto Area as needed
