Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards.
- Provide expert consultation to healthcare providers regarding medication selection, interactions, and proper administration.
- Offer direct patient care by counseling patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence strategies.
- Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy plans in collaboration with medical staff as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate pharmacy records, including medication inventories and patient profiles.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients on health topics related to medications and promote wellness initiatives within the community.
- Stay current with new pharmaceutical developments, medical terminology, and best practices in acute care and pediatrics.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Pharmacist in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Prior experience working in the pharmacy or with HealthWatch is an asset.
- Speaking Bengali is an asset.

Flexible working hours - open to both full time or part time position.
Requires working some morning, some nights and a mixture of weekdays and weekends

Pay: $50.75-$60.00 per hour
