About Us
YS Wellness is a modern wellness clinic located in the heart of Yonge & Sheppard. We provide Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), professional facial treatments, acupuncture, wellness services, and direct billing for most major insurance providers.
We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a reliable and long-term Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Process direct billing for insurance companies
- Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to clients
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support clinic marketing and administrative tasks when needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience working at a medical clinic, wellness clinic, physiotherapy clinic, chiropractic clinic, massage clinic, or similar healthcare setting
- Experience with direct billing is highly preferred
- Experience using clinic management software such as Jane App or similar booking systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese are an asset.
Schedule
This is a Part-Time position.
