Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Line Coordinator to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes.
Duties
- Supervising temporary staff to ensure work is accurate and on time
- Reviewing work orders, instructions, and job requirements
- Coordinating with Distribution staff to meet deadlines
- Giving clear instructions and monitoring line workers
- Setting up lines and checking product, quantities, and supplies
- Monitoring line performance, labour needs, and job progress
- Prioritizing orders based on shipping deadlines
- Performing order checks and quality inspections
- Completing paperwork and verification records
- Cleaning the area and supporting other departments as needed
Experience
- Leadership or line lead experience is an asset
- Able to supervise staff and keep work moving
- Able to complete paperwork accurately
- Comfortable with basic production equipment
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible for days, afternoons, and other warehouse areas
Shift: Must be flexible for day and afternoon shifts.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
