Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
- Assist clients with hair styling consultations, offering professional recommendations tailored to their preferences
- Perform sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health regulations
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly
- Maintain organized workstations and ensure all tools and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Experience
- Background or training in mens cuts, beard trims, barber skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within salon or retail environments is preferred
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills is beneficial
Pay: $40.00-$100.00 per hour
