Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Handles service work by collecting necessary information, inspecting the issues if necessary, and performing minor repairs right on the site if possible.
- Work and execute Misc. tasks as directed by Development Manager
- Travelling to sites within Canada and oversee projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Employer.
Must have Construction Project Management experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
