- Install hardwood flooring with glue assist and full spread techniques
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring precise, clean, and durable installations
- Communicate with clients and team members professionally and effectively
- Safely operate tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with a problem-solving mindset
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hardwood flooring installation, specifically glue assist and full spread applications
