Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our professional team. Must have 306A license. Residential plumbing only. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in various environments
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively during installations and repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or other plumbing issues and troubleshoot effectively
- Collaborate with construction teams, HVAC technicians, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate project tasks
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used for each project
Experience
- Valid licensed plumber certification
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance across residential projects
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems, carpentry skills, and construction processes is a plus
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods
- Prior experience working with construction teams or on large-scale projects is preferred
Pay: $45.00-$56.00 per hour
