Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in a fast-paced automotive parts distribution environment in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with prior warehouse experience who enjoy hands-on work, meeting daily targets, and contributing to accurate, timely order fulfillment.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will support order picking, inbound material put-away, and general warehouse operations while maintaining strong attention to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and complete orders accurately, safely, and within required timelines.
- Put away inbound materials according to established warehouse procedures and productivity benchmarks.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and working toward zero errors.
- Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, coworkers, equipment, and the work environment.
- Communicate inventory, order, equipment, or process irregularities to supervisors or managers.
- Manage multiple deadlines and respond to urgent requests in a timely and professional manner.
