You are the face of the hotel! As a Guest Services Representative, you are responsible to ensure that guests arriving and departing the hotel are greeted with a friendly face and attitude.
As a part of our award-winning team, your responsibility will be to:
- Check guests in and out meeting the established brand and property standards
- Assist and fulfill guest requests
- Create and modify reservations using computer software
- Assist other departments as required to ensure smooth hotel operations
Some skills that will be key to being successful in this role are:
- Proficient in basic usage of computer software (web browsers, word, excel, etc.)
- Efficient at working alone, and ability to effectively manage time
- Creative problem solving skills

We are looking primarily for the afternoon shift (4pm-12am), but at times there will be required coverage of the morning shift (7am-3pm). Shifts will be all days off the week including weekends and holidays.
