Position Overview
We are seeking reliable Production Benders to join our manufacturing team. This position is scheduled for evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Thursday, 32 hours per week), with opportunities for full time hours if you’re interested.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC bending and production equipment (training provided)
- Use hand tools, calipers, and measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process
Note: This role does not require heavy lifting (all items are under 10 lbs).
What We’re Looking For

- Comfort using basic computer programs
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience in manufacturing or a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with quality control processes
- Forklift or hand tool experience
Training & Work Environment
We provide comprehensive, on-the-job training and cross-training across multiple areas of the facility - no prior experience needed.
Pay:
Starts at $23.00/hr + based on experience
