Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Service Technician 310s to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional dealership environment, utilizing advanced tools and schematics to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. Candidates with dealership experience, mechanical knowledge, and mechanic experience are highly preferred. The position involves performing repairs, inspections, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics to identify vehicle issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform repairs including engine, transmission, brake systems, suspension, and electrical components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs
- Maintain detailed service records and document all work performed accurately
- Assist with vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance services
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and when working with heavy machinery or equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and service recommendations
- Support dealership maintenance tasks as needed to ensure optimal operation of service bays
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician or Mechanic, preferably within a dealership setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during service procedures
- Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and assembly processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics software is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required

Pay: $37.00-$40.00 per hour
