Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemicals used in hospitality settings.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks.
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
Job Type: Part-time
