Overview
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & eCommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, eCommerce operations, and web design, with a strong understanding of online customer engagement and sales optimization. In this role, you will support brand development, manage and optimize eCommerce sales channels, and maintain and enhance our website to ensure an exceptional user experience and strong online performance.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Presentations & Marketing Assets:
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations and compelling marketing materials to effectively showcase our products.
- Design high-quality product images, graphics, and visual content for social media campaigns, eCommerce platforms, and other digital marketing channels, ensuring a consistent and professional brand identity.
2. Web Development & Graphic Design:
- Create, enrich, and upload web content across all marketplace channels.
- Ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Perform regular website maintenance, including content updates, product listings, troubleshooting
3. Ecommerce Operations:
- Manage eCommerce backups and ensure reliable service.
- Handle daily orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with customers.
- Follow up with customers to address concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Build strong relationships by proactively working with customers to correct problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce operations, online marketplace management, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design and presentation software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of website design principles, content management systems (CMS), and digital content management.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese is considered a strong asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously improving online business performance.
Pay: $17.20-$37.11 per hour
