Your Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs because Customer Service is the #1 most important thing at Mos Mos
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas, specialty beverages while following Mos Mos recipes because consistency is what gets customers coming back
- Prepare and serve food items while following Mos Mos standards
- Maintain clean and sanitary work area
- Set up and breakdown coffee bar, stations or store including cleaning and sanitizing
- Stock display shelves and fridges as needed, and maintain inventory
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Accurately operate POS and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required (barista experience not required)
- Basic math & counting skills required
- Must be able to work independently and as a time with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a warm environment
- Must follow required dress code as assigned (all black with provided apron)
- Able to read and communicate in English and able to follow recipes
Current store hours (scheduled shift hours are up to an hour before open and after close):
Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm
Saturday to Sunday 9am - 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
