Medical Aesthetician & Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location: Vividerma Cosmetic Clinic
Vividerma is looking for a friendly, confident, and outgoing Medical Aesthetician to join our team. This role combines aesthetic treatments, front desk support, and basic social media management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic treatments and client consultations
- Recommend skincare products and treatment plans
- Greet clients, answer calls, and schedule appointments
- Manage client inquiries in person, by phone, and online
- Assist with simple social media tasks (posting content, responding to messages/comments)
- Process payments and maintain client records
- Support daily clinic operations and maintain a professional environment
Requirements:
- Medical Aesthetician certification or relevant experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with social media and client engagement
- Organized, professional, and able to multitask
- Previous clinic or spa experience is an asset
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours
