Position Overview
RBZ Property Solutions is hiring motivated Cleaning Technicians for the upcoming season starting in April and running through the end of October.
This is a full-time seasonal position with the opportunity to move into year-round employment for high-performing team members.
This position is also ideal for university students. Employees can work full-time from April through the end of September and transition to part-time hours during the school year based on availability.
It is also perfect for people who want to get in with a company early, where you can grow into a bigger roll fast
We specialize in commercial and residential window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior property maintenance. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, maintain high standards, and represent our company professionally at every job site.

Responsibilities
- Exterior and interior window cleaning
- Pressure washing walkways, buildings, and storefronts
- Maintaining high-quality cleaning standards
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Completing job checklists and before/after photo documentation
- Working safely at heights (ladders and extension poles)
- Maintaining clean and organized equipment

- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Compensation & Bonuses
- Starting wage: $20/hour
- Performance bonuses available
- Top performers earn $25–$30/hour
