Location: Inverary, Ontario (Kingston Area)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

West Consulting and Soap & Suds are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a fast-paced office.
This is a hands-on position requiring someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can confidently manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
This is an in-office position only. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Please note: Our office is located in Inverary, Ontario and is not accessible by public transit. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from work.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Office Administrator, you’ll play an important role in keeping the business running smoothly by:
- Managing a fast-paced client scheduling system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Processing bookkeeping transactions using QuickBooks Online and Jobber
- Handling client communications by phone, email and text in a professional manner
- Booking, rescheduling and coordinating appointments
- Organizing digital files using Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft 365 and iCloud
- Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Receiving, organizing and stocking incoming inventory
- Washing, drying, folding and ironing cleaning cloths and supplies
- Assisting with office organization and improving administrative processes
- Following established procedures while identifying opportunities for greater efficiency
- Supporting day-to-day business operations as priorities change
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience using QuickBooks Online with confidence
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience working with cloud-based file management systems including Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft 365 and iCloud
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for wage reviews and advancement based on performance, reliability and demonstrated skills.
