This permanent Human Resources Generalist role is ideal for an HR professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who has a CHRP designation, ready to build a broader generalist career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will support key HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, employment legislation support, and HRIS administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Support employee relations matters by providing guidance, documentation, and follow-up in a professional and confidential manner.
- Assist with employment legislation support and help ensure HR practices align with applicable workplace standards and internal policies.
- Manage full cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Coordinate employee onboarding to help new hires have a positive and organized start with the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support the integrity of HRIS systems.
- Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR inquiries, processes, and administrative requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
