Responsibilities
- Assemble vinyl window frames and components using various tools and machinery
- Ensure all windows are assembled according to company specifications and customer requirements
- Inspect completed windows for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Experience
- Previous experience in window assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Ability to work with hand tools and machinery
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
