Delivery Driver/Customer Service Rep – CHC Paint & Body Shop Supplies

We are currently seeking a reliable and punctual individual with strong work ethic and excellent attendance to join our team in the role of Delivery Driver/Customer Sales Representative. You will work primarily in St Catharines but also the surrounding area as required. Your normal Monday to Friday shift will run 9AM-3PM unless otherwise specified.
Position Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be the timely and safe delivery of products to our customers’ shops. As a key face of our business on the road, we require someone who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service. Driving is your first and most important task.
In addition to deliveries, you will support the branch by answering incoming phone calls, taking customer orders, and serving walk-in clients. You’ll need to confidently answer basic questions about our products and assist with day-to-day branch operations, including the use of our POS and inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and execute daily delivery routes with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time, with proper documentation and customer acknowledgment
- Maintain the cleanliness and security of delivery vehicles
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with placing orders
- Greet and support walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Use our POS and inventory systems to process sales and manage stock
- Assist with inventory control and general branch upkeep as needed
- Promote a positive team environment by supporting coworkers and maintaining a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to work in St Catharines and at times surrounding area
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move product as needed
- Positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and willingness to learn

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
