Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout the shift.

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
