Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (1/2 hour lunch break)
- Reception duties such as answering phone calls and emails, dealing with walk-in customers, filing and taking payments
- Use of POS system – creating estimates, orders, sending invoices & statements, follow-ups, daily and month-end closeouts.
- Use of credit card machine and daily closeout.
- Must have the good knowledge of all the material & substrate we use and products we offer
- Follow production procedure steps
- Basic production tasks (table work)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
