I'm an independent REALTOR® who has been helping buyers and sellers throughout Calgary for the past 12 years. I currently help approximately 35–45 clients buy or sell a home each year, and I'm looking for a proactive assistant who wants to play an important long term role in delivering an outstanding client experience while helping my business continue to grow.
This is a remote contract position, with daytime hours. My business operates primarily using Google Workspace, Canva, and IXACT Contact CRM, with systems and templates already in place.
What You'll Be Doing
Your primary focus will be ensuring clients receive excellent communication throughout their real estate journey while keeping day-to-day operations organized and on track.
Responsibilities include:
- Sending transaction updates and "next steps" emails to buyers and sellers
- Preparing and sending bi-weekly market updates
- Managing client follow-up tasks and database activities
- Assisting with social media content and marketing materials
- Coordinating client appreciation events
- Sending birthday cards and house anniversary gifts/flowers
- Maintaining organized systems, templates, and processes
- Helping ensure deadlines, tasks, and client communications never fall through the cracks
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and create efficiencies
Who I'm Looking For
Experience is valuable, but the right attitude and work ethic matter even more. Ensuring I have an assistant to rely on is a must!

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Real estate experience (licensed or unlicensed)
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Canva experience
- CRM/database management experience
- Social media content creation experience
