Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a polished and client-focused Boutique Host to support the overall client experience in a luxury retail environment. This is a full-time role in Oakridge, Vancouver. As the first point of contact, this role is key in creating a welcoming and elevated atmosphere while supporting daily operations and the sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated in-store experience
- Manage the waiting area and provide thoughtful hospitality including refreshments
- Coordinate and schedule appointments in partnership with the sales team
- Support sales floor operations including gift wrapping and product presentation
- Assist with inventory movement and maintain organization across sales and back-of-house areas
- Support cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy and compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of client and hospitality areas
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and general operational tasks
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Polished, professional demeanor aligned with luxury environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt as needed
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive approach
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Salary: $23/hr - $25/hr CAD
