Pay Structure
$20.00 / Hour + Monthly Bonus
Duties
- Booking appointment over the phone , online chats and e-mails.
- Communicate proactively with customers to confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide updates
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to prioritize appointments based on vehicle needs and technician availability
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and service details in the dealership management system
- Upsell additional services or maintenance opportunities during customer interactions to maximize dealership revenue
- Handle cash transactions related to appointment deposits or payments with accuracy and professionalism
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for automotive knowledge or enthusiasm to learn
- Customer service experience with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Sales skills or enthusiasm to learn.
- Cash handling experience with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer handling and data management
