Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic food service team. Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking to meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with meal assembly and presentation for dine-in or takeout orders
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies, adhering to hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food restaurant (2+ years)
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintaining a hygienic workspace
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude
- Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, especially in guest services roles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
