Job Description:
Crystal Window Cleaning is a premium exterior window washing company. We specialize in window washing, gutter cleaning, and power washing services. Our company is looking for motivated individuals to join our technician team in Victoria for the busy spring/summer months! The residential technician role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable, and has effective communication skills.
Compensation:
- Wages start at $20/hour for entry level positions but can vary up to $30/hour+
- In 2025, our average worker earned $24.58/hour over the course of the season
- Profit sharing model. If projects finish under budget, savings are passed to employees
